All content on this site—including photos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of Broad & Bault. You may not use it without permission. We reserve the right to update products, prices, and policies at any time without prior notice. We do our best to accurately describe all items, but vintage and antique goods may show signs of age or wear.

2. Orders & Payment

All sales are processed securely. Payment is required at checkout. Order process time is 1-3 days.

3. Shipping (US Domestic Shipping only)

Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, tracking info will be provided. Broad & Bault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with description and photos so that we may assist you in your claim with the carrier. USPS/UPS guidelines state that claims approvals are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. Please read item descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with questions before purchasing. We do not accept returns and do not give refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Broad & Bault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from our shop.
